Duties/physical requirements

Branch Manager - Timmins Area's are expected to perform the duties listed below. These include but are not limited to;

• Valid G drivers license and access to a vehicle
• Bondable background (CPIC will be required)
• Technical and computer-based knowledge

Qualifications

• Capability to think on their feet, understand service operations and manage last-minute changes
• Strong problem-solving, communication and leadership skills
• Time Management and organization skills including the ability to balance priorities and work under pressure

Experience

• 5-10 years of progressive management experience
• Working knowledge of Janitorial and/or Industrial Cleaning industry
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team towards exemplary service

Highlights

• My Salary Position: 50 Hours per week
• 3 weeks Holidays
• Rate to be Negotiated -$25-$35/Hour + Quarterly Performance Incentive Plan equivalent to more than 10% of Base
