- Compensation: Rate to be Negotiated $25-$35/Hr + Quarterly Performance Incentive Plan equivalent to more than 10% of Base
Branch Manager - Timmins Area Dr. Clean Inc. is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Timmins. Reporting to C.O.O. Salary Position: 50 Hours per week, 3 weeks Holidays, Rate to be Negotiated -$25-$35/Hour + Quarterly Performance Incentive Plan equivalent to more than 10% of Base.

Duties/physical requirements
Branch Manager - Timmins Area's are expected to perform the duties listed below. These include but are not limited to;
- Valid G drivers license and access to a vehicle
- Bondable background (CPIC will be required)
- Technical and computer-based knowledge
Qualifications
- Capability to think on their feet, understand service operations and manage last-minute changes
- Strong problem-solving, communication and leadership skills
- Time Management and organization skills including the ability to balance priorities and work under pressure
Experience
- 5-10 years of progressive management experience
- Working knowledge of Janitorial and/or Industrial Cleaning industry
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team towards exemplary service
